Terms and conditions
What you agree to when you join or buy a course, and what we agree to in return.
Last updated September 2026. These terms apply to courses joined or bought on this site. Sessions booked on andy-porter.co.uk run on that site’s own terms.
Who you are contracting with
Courses are provided by Spiritinspiredhealing Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13651475. Registered office: 7/8 Avon Reach, Monkton Hill, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1EE, United Kingdom. Andy and Jayne Porter are the people you will deal with.
Your account
Your account is for you. Please do not share your login or pass course recordings on to anyone else. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken through Stripe or PayPal when you buy, and your access opens as soon as payment has gone through.
Live courses
Live courses run on the dates shown on the course page. If you miss a session you get the recording. You are welcome to keep your camera off and not speak.
Course material
The recordings, notes and other material belong to Spiritinspiredhealing Ltd. They are for your own learning, and may not be copied, shared, sold or taught from without permission.
Refunds
How refunds work, including when the right to cancel ends, is set out on the refunds page.
Your data
How your information is collected, used and kept is set out in the privacy and cookie policy.
Disclaimer
The courses are spiritual teaching, not medical or psychological treatment. Our practitioners are not medically trained and do not give medical or psychiatric diagnoses. What people take from a course varies from one person to the next, so we cannot promise a particular outcome, and nothing taught here is intended to replace advice from a qualified doctor or mental health professional.
If you are in crisis, please do not wait for a course.
