Whether a course is right for you, trouble logging in, or a problem with a payment, write to us and a real person will reply.

Everything comes to Andy and Jayne directly. No assistant, no autoresponder. Jayne picks up the emails daily, and replies usually come within a day.
If a week goes past with nothing, assume the email went astray and send it again. It will not have been ignored.
Problems with a course

Payments
