The short version. Free courses cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. For a recorded course, you can cancel within 14 days as long as you have not started watching. Recorded courses and workshops
You have 14 days from buying a recorded course to change your mind, as long as you have not started watching it. When you buy, you are asked to agree that access starts straight away, and that once you start watching, the right to cancel ends.
Live courses
Live courses are refunded in full if you cancel before the course starts. They cannot be refunded once the course has started, because your place was held and cannot then be offered to anyone else.
If something does not work
If a recording will not play, a lesson is missing, or you cannot get into a course you paid for, tell us. We will fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund you.
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@andy-porter.co.uk with your order number and the course. Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, within 14 days of us agreeing the refund.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this page reduces your legal rights. If you are a consumer in the UK, those include your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
